Abstract
For control of hydraulic systems with output measurement only, nonlinear function uncertainties and external disturbances make it challenging. In addition, some state constraints are demanded in general. Consequently, by introducing a set of time-varying Barrier Lyapunov Functions, an output feedback algorithm which combines neural network adaptive control, extended state observer and nonlinear disturbance observer will be synthesized for an electro-hydraulic servo system with valve dynamics via the filtered-based backstepping design procedure.
