Although safe and effective antiretrovirals (ARVs) are readily available, non-adherence to ARVs is prevalent among people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA). Different adherence-improving interventions have been developed and examined through decision-analytic models. This systematic review aimed to review and appraise the decision analytical models developed to improve ARVs adherence in PLWHA.
