Abstract
结合120 t复吹转炉生产实际,设计了二次燃烧氧枪喷头参数,优化了转炉冶炼工艺制度.实践表明,与普通氧枪相比,应用二次燃烧氧枪吹炼可以缩短供氧时间约93 s,供氧效率提升10.6％,熔池钢水平均温度提升约18.527℃,废钢比提高1.3％,脱磷率提高1.5％,且对煤气回收几乎没有影响.
