Abstract
风电紧固件在实际生产中常通过热处理对紧固件坯料进行处理,以获得合适的组织与强度便于后续服役.利用Defrom-3D有限元模拟软件对 42CrMoA六角螺栓热处理工艺进行了模拟.基于工厂现有热处理制度,通过对加热保温时间、淬火温度、冷却速率等工艺参数的调控选择,结合淬火温度场和表面残余应力分析,提出了新的热处理工艺方案.
