Abstract
颅内静脉窦血栓形成(cerebral venous sinus thrombosis,CVST)是一种罕见的神经血管病变,妊娠合并CVST起病急骤,病情凶险,致死率高,临床救治不及时将会对孕妇生命安全造成严重威胁.无论血管介入还是开颅手术,急剧的病情变化均对麻醉处理造成了巨大挑战.本文就我院救治的1例妊娠合并CVST急诊行开颅手术的麻醉作如下报道,旨在为临床诊疗提供参考.
