Abstract
以平菇(PB4、PB5)为供试菌株,采用木糖渣为试验材料,研究木糖渣提取液对平菇菌丝生长的影响,探索利用木糖渣栽培平菇的可行性.结果表明:木糖渣提取液对平菇的菌丝生长速率影响差异显著,但在栽培试验中,木糖渣基质对菌丝生长速率影响不明显,木糖渣栽培平菇的第一潮菇平均产量为 179.76 g/袋和 169.17 g/袋,略低于对照,与对照差异不显著.生物学效率为 35.95%和 33.83%.
