二氧化硫对木纳格葡萄采后糖含量及糖代谢途径的影响

Abstract
[目的]研究二氧化硫(sulfur dioxide,SO2)对木纳格葡萄果实中糖含量及糖代谢途径的影响.[方法]基于高效液相色谱法(High Performance Liquid Chromatography,HPLC)测定木纳格葡萄果实贮藏过程中蔗糖、葡萄糖和果糖含量变化,分析20 个与糖代谢有关基因的表达差异性.[结果]SO2处理使得贮藏0~10d时葡萄糖含量显著提高.贮藏第60 d,SO2处理组果实蔗糖、葡萄糖和果糖含量较对照组有不同程度的提高.SO2通过上调细胞壁转化酶(Cell wall invertase,CWINV)、中性/碱性转化酶(Neutral/Alkaline invertase,CIN)、蔗糖合成酶(Sucrose synthase,SuSy)和蔗糖磷酸合成酶1(Sucrose phosphate synthase1,SPS1)基因的表达水平来维持葡萄果实的高糖含量.调控己糖激酶 2(Hexokinase2,HxK2)、果糖-二磷酸羧醛酶(Fructose-bisphosphate Aldolase,FBA)、甘油醛-3-磷酸脱氢酶(Glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase,GAPDH)和磷酸甘油酸激酶(Phos-phoglycerate kinase,PGK)基因的表达水平,SO2激活葡萄果实采后贮藏过程中的光合活性.[结论]SO2 可以调控相关基因的表达水平以调节木纳格葡萄采后贮藏中的糖代谢相关途径.
