蛹虫草多糖(CMP)是蛹虫草的主要生物活性成分,具有免疫调节、抗肿瘤、降血糖等多种生物活性功能.本文综述了CMP主要通过细胞因子、自然杀伤细胞、T/B淋巴细胞和巨噬细胞等发挥免疫调节机制的作用,同时也介绍了CMP抗肿瘤及抗炎、降血糖等作用的新进展.
