Abstract
目的:探讨PBL联合CBL在临床护理带教中的应用价值.方法:将我院2020年1月-2021年1月50例临床护理实习生,数字表随机法分二组.对照组给予常规带教,实验组实施PBL联合CBL护理带教.比较两组教学满意度、护理知识和技能掌握水平.结果:实验组教学满意度高于对照组,护理知识和技能掌握水平高于对照组,P<0.05.结论:临床护理实习生实施PBL联合CBL护理带教效果确切,可提高临床护理实习生护理知识和技能掌握水平.
