摘要

•Salt secretion of L. bicolor salt glands is inhibited after treatment with BFA.•LbSYP61 is significantly upregulated by 200 mM NaCl treatment.•After silencing of LbSYP61, the salt secretion is obviously reduced.•Vesicular transport participates in salt secretion of salt glands.
