立井井壁变形光纤光栅远程实时监测预警系统

Abstract
针对高寒矿区表土层冻融作用和含水层水压力引起的井壁变形问题,基于光纤光栅传感原理,沿井壁环向和竖向安装了 10层光纤光栅应变和温度传感器,提出了井壁结构损伤识别方法,确定了混凝土结构变形破坏阈值,建立了立井井壁变形远程实时监测系统.经1年的高寒矿区灵东煤矿副井井壁监测结果表明:井壁变形光纤光栅监测系统能够实时监测预警、高寒地区长期稳定性好,井壁最大环向应变和轴向应变均低于混凝土屈服强度阈值,说明井壁目前处于稳定阶段.
