Abstract
研究了氢对浆体磨损的影响.在磨损过程中应考虑由磨料磨损、腐蚀磨损和氢引起的磨损率.结果表明,氢在磨损过程中会诱发裂纹的形核和扩展,降低材料的耐磨性.虽然马氏体钢与贝氏体钢相比,有相同的硬度,更好的耐腐蚀性,但贝氏体钢具有更好的耐磨性.这是由于残余奥氏体的细微观结构和更高的体积分数,提供了大量的氢诱捕地点,增强了氢脆的阻力.
