基于空间注意力机制的EfficientNet乳腺癌病理图像分类研究

Abstract
乳腺组织病理图像是目前判断乳腺癌的标准,由于其图像内在的复杂性和多样性,使得病理的诊断工作繁琐且耗时,并且诊断结果受医生主观经验影响较大.本文设计并优化了采样分类策略,搭建了基于空间注意力机制的EfficientNet网络模型,用来对乳腺癌组织病理图像数据集进行分类.实验结果表明,该方法能较为准确地分类乳腺病理图像,八分类的识别精度达到90％以上,具备较大的临床参考意义.
