口服五维赖氨酸葡萄糖中盐酸赖氨酸含量的研究

Abstract
建立氨基酸分析仪测定口服五维赖氨酸葡萄糖中盐酸赖氨酸含量的分析方法.样品经0.1 mol/L盐酸溶液溶解,采用氨基酸分析仪钠系统进行程序洗脱,LCAK06/Na 色谱柱分离,茚三酮溶液衍生显色,在570 nm波长下测定赖氨酸色谱峰,采用外标法峰面积定量,保留时间定性.表明,盐酸赖氨酸在1.15～34.62 μg/mL有良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),回收率为96.9%,相对标准偏差为1.5%(n=6).采用氨基酸分析仪测定口服五维赖氨酸葡萄糖中盐酸赖氨酸的含量方法简单、便捷、准确性高.
