内蒙古地区地域辽阔,文化习俗不同,所以清朝统治者采取因俗而治的策略.因汉族移民进入内蒙古地区的时间不同,移民的来源地、数量也不相同.因此,在参考王卫东教授对绥远地区、王玉海教授和白玉双教授对内蒙古东部地区的移民情况的研究后,笔者在各位学者研究的基础上提出自己的见解.
