Abstract
原发性肝癌是目前我国排名第四位的常见恶性肿瘤,经过多年的临床研究,肝癌的病因已经较为明确. 我国近80％的肝癌患者为乙型肝炎病毒感染者;此外,丙型肝炎病毒感染也易发生肝癌;另外,40岁以上、过度饮酒、非酒精性脂肪性肝炎、其他各种原因引起的肝硬化或者有肝癌家族史者,都是肝癌偏爱的人!
