Abstract
Bcl-2蛋白家族作为抗肿瘤药物的作用靶点受到广泛关注，在研究其蛋白家族成员结构和功能的基础上，靶向Bcl-2小分子抑制剂不断被发现，本文介绍了细胞凋亡与Bcl-2蛋白家族间相互作用机制，并对Bcl-2小分子抑制剂的研究进展进行综述，以期为抗肿瘤药物的研发提供思路。
