Abstract
脾破裂是腹部外科常见的急诊之一,在腹部闭合性损伤中,脾破裂占20-40％ [1].脾破裂能致使患者腹腔内发生大出血,导致失血性休克,若患者病情较重,也会引发死亡.因此可知,对脾破裂的患者进行及时的护理对于患者而言是重要的.本院于2009年12月至2013年01月收治有41例创伤性脾破裂患者,现分析总结其临床急救和护理措施,将护理体会报道如下.
