高频超声诊断浅表脂肪瘤30例分析

Abstract
目的 探讨浅表脂肪瘤的超声表现及其诊断价值.方法 回顾性分析30例经病理确诊的浅表脂肪瘤的趋声特征.结果 30例脂肪瘤超声诊断26例,误诊4例,诊断符合率86.7％.声像图表现:边界清晰的脂肪瘤声像图表现为均匀回声型、细光带间隔型、不均匀回声型；边界不清的声像图表现为类似脂肪回声.结论 浅表脂肪瘤具有典型的声像图表现,高频超声可作为首选的检查方法.
