抗体偶联药物治疗尿路上皮癌的研究进展

Abstract
尿路上皮癌(urothelial carcinoma,UC)是泌尿系统常见的恶性肿瘤,在手术、化疗和免疫治疗等多种治疗措施下,仍有部分患者经历疾病复发、转移,预后不佳.抗体偶联药物(antibody-drugconjugate,ADC)兼有抗体药物的靶向性和化疗药物的细胞毒性,是近年来癌症个体化精准治疗的研究热点,成为这些患者新的选择.目前ADC治疗UC相关临床试验成果颇丰,靶向 Nectin-4 的 Enfortomab Vedotin、靶向 TROP-2 的 Sacituzumab Govitecan 和靶向 HER-2 的 Disitamab Vedotin 已获批应用于临床,针对其他靶点的新型ADC也开始崭露头角.本文拟对最近的研究进展进行综述.
