Abstract
目的 运用2种不同的治疗方法对渗出性结核性胸膜炎患者进行临床治疗,通过疗效比较,为治疗提供更好的方法.方法 将116例病例随机分为两组,分别给予不同治疗方法,观察其疗效.结果 化疗+激素+抽液的治疗方法比不用激素的方法疗效明显要好.结论 激素的运用在治疗渗出性结核性胸膜炎中的效果十分显著.
