直肠癌行腹腔镜手术住院时间延长的危险因素分析

Abstract
目的 探讨直肠癌患者行腹腔镜手术住院时间延长的危险因素.方法 回顾性分析中国科学技术大学附属第一医院(安徽省立医院)收集自2012年2月～2017年2月行腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术的464例患者的临床资料,分析住院时间延长的危险因素.结果 多因素Logistic回归分析结果 显示年龄(P=0.01)、ASA分级≥3(P=0.03)、术后并发症分级(P<0.001)是住院时间延长的独立危险因素.结论 年龄、ASA分级、并发症分级是直肠癌腹腔镜手术治疗住院时间延长的独立危险因素.
