Abstract
国家层面DRGs支付改革加速推进,军队医院承担驻地群众看病就医职能,纳入属地医疗保险定点医疗机构,必然要全面迎接此轮支付改革.本文回顾了DRGs付费改革进展,分析了军队医院面临的问题,提出了对策.特别是对于军队医院保障人员是否实行DRGs付费,以及具体实践过程中需要哪些制度调整,本文也进行了初步探索.
