Abstract
院前急救作为医疗和社会保障体系的重要组成部分,在急救医疗体系中占据着重要的地位[1].如何建立和完善院前急救体系,提高院前急救率,是当地政府亟待解决的问题.笔者通过查询120值班记录并结合质性访谈的方法,了解海北藏族自治州院前急救现状,发现院前急救体系建设中的一些缺陷,从而提出一系列的对应措施.
