HDAC/PI3K双靶点抑制剂HL-5对肿瘤细胞凋亡和迁移的影响

Abstract
目的 考察HL-5对肿瘤细胞凋亡和细胞迁移的影响.方法 采用流式细胞术和划痕实验,分别选用人结肠癌细胞(HCT116)和人脐静脉内皮细胞(HUVEC)在体外考察HL-5对肿瘤细胞增殖的抑制效果.结果 HL-5诱导HCT116细胞凋亡有较好的量效关系,同时也能剂量依赖性的抑制HUVEC细胞迁移,且抑制作用具有持续性.结论 双靶点抑制剂HL-5对肿瘤细胞增殖和迁移均有较好的抑制效果,具有潜在的临床应用价值.
