Abstract

21世纪以来肥胖已经成为了严重影响全世界公共健康的问题之一[1].肥胖不仅会引起2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)、睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syn-drome,OSAHS)、胃食管反流病(gastroesophageal re-flux disease,GERD)、高血压、高血脂等慢性疾病,甚至会导致罹患肿瘤等疾病,严重影响人类的生活质量和生存,给社会造成严重的经济负担[2].
