Abstract
分泌型上皮钙黏素(E-cadherin)是指E-cadherin的胞外段被水解酶水解成的分泌型肽段.与E-cadherin抑癌基因不同,分泌型E-cadherin可通过调控下游信号通路干扰细胞间黏附连接形成并破坏已有的细胞间黏附,从而增强肿瘤细胞的增殖、转移和侵袭能力,发挥促癌基因作用.肿瘤患者血清分泌型E-cadherin水平显著升高,其可作为肿瘤生物标志物的潜质.因此,未来深入研究分泌型E-cadherin在恶性肿瘤发生发展中的作用及具体机制,可以为临床治疗提供指导.
