《寿世青编》是清代一部养生专著,作者尤乘总结了大量临床实践和养生经验.其"保养正气""驱邪避害""愈后防复"等主要思想完美契合中医学"治未病"思想,对后世预防疾病具有重要指导意义.现从补养肺气、顾护脾胃、清心寡欲、调畅情志、勤练功法、驱邪避害、愈后防复等方面进行论述,以期为疾病的预防提供借鉴与参考.
