Abstract
胃痞病以自觉心下痞塞、触之无形、按之柔软、压之无痛为主要症状,其主要临床表现为上腹胀满不舒.本文通过系统阐述塞因塞用法治疗胃痞的辨证思路,总结病机,以病证相应为指导,注重虚实分治、因地制宜,施以塞因塞用之法,以通补和降为基本法则,升固脾气、和降胃气,以补为先、通补并用,附验案一则予以佐证,以期为本病的治疗提供新思路.
