均匀设计法优化灵芝三萜提取工艺

Abstract
为确定灵芝三萜最佳提取工艺参数,本文以阳江海灵芝为试材,通过单因素实验研究料液比、提取时间、乙醇浓度、浸提温度及溶剂提取次数对灵芝三萜提取率的影响.在此结果的基础上,采用均匀设计法对乙醇浸提提取工艺进行了优化.结果表明,灵芝三萜的最佳提取条件为料液比1:60、乙醇浓度100％、浸提时间1.35 h、浸提温度100℃,最高提取率为1.90％.
