洗精液鼠胚及囊胚细胞染色和计数试验研究

Abstract
目的 对一种洗精液进行体外鼠胚试验及囊胚细胞染色和计数研究,为该洗精液在医学临床使用提供生物安全依据.方法 根据YY/T 1434-2016及YY/T 1688-2021行业标准中推荐的方法进行体外鼠胚试验及囊胚细胞染色,计算囊胚形成率和良好囊胚数.结果 体外鼠胚试验样品组囊胚形成率为99.05％,阴性对照组良好囊胚数占比为96.88％(31/32),样品组良好囊胚数占比为93.75％(30/32),组间比较差异无统计学意义(P >0.05).结论 该种洗精液体外鼠胚试验囊胚形成率及囊胚细胞染色和计数符合
