2型糖尿病(T2DM)是以慢性高血糖为特征的代谢性疾病,中医在治疗T2DM方面具有一定优势,但在临床实践中,传统的"阴虚为本,燥热为标"学说不能完全指导T 2D M的临床治疗.马国庆教授擅长治疗内分泌系统疾病,认为消渴病的基本病机为脾虚湿困,治宜健脾祛湿,自拟芪术饮治疗收效甚佳.
