Abstract
肿瘤热疗是肿瘤治疗的重要手段.纳米颗粒热疗法作为一种新兴的热疗方法,因其具有无创(或微创)、高效性及良好的组织穿透性等优点而备受关注,是当前肿瘤治疗的研究方向之一.热疗法可显著提高放射治疗的效果.本文综述热疗对放射治疗的增敏机制,阐述基于磁性纳米颗粒的磁热疗法联合放射治疗的研究进展,为磁热疗法在肿瘤治疗中的临床应用提供理论依据.
