代谢相关性脂肪性肝病(Metabolic Associated Fatty Liver Disease,MAFLD)是由于代谢失常所致的一种肝脏疾病.三焦作为通行诸气,运行津液的通道,在人体代谢过程中具有重要作用.老中医梁惠卿教授认为MAFLD应归属于三焦病范畴,三焦气化失常是本病的重要病机,其临证从促进三焦气化、通利三焦入手治疗MAFLD,屡获良效.
