Abstract
目的:探讨中医护理方案在胫腓骨骨折患者中的应用效果.方法:选取我院2020年1月～2021年12月接收的78例胫腓骨骨折患者,根据护理方式不同分为对照组(给予常规护理)与中医组(给予常规护理+中医护理),各39例,观察两组的肢体疼痛程度及肿胀程度,比较两组的下肢静脉血栓及便秘发生率.结果:中医组术后不同时间节点的疼痛评分及术后第3天的肢体肿胀程度均显著低于对照组,P ＜ 0.05;中医组的下肢静脉血栓及便秘发生率分别为2.56％、5.13％,显著低于对照组的23.08％、28.21％,P ＜ 0.05.结
