田旭东主任医师认为胆囊摘除术后综合征的病机主要在于肝失疏泄、肝郁脾虚,进而中焦气机升降失调,辨治宜疏肝利胆、健脾和胃.在多年精确辨证的基础上,其善用枳壳、佛手等经验药.方中枳壳性温,归脾、胃经,善理气宽中、行滞消胀;佛手性温,芳香行散,人肝经则疏肝理气,人脾胃经则和中止痛,在临床治疗中每获良效,值得借鉴.
