Abstract
目的:改进和优化清喉咽合剂的提取工艺.方法:采用乙醇回流的方法进行清喉咽合剂的提取并用正交试验对其进行优化.结果:改进并优选出的清喉咽合剂的最佳提取工艺参数为:加乙醇量12 BV,乙醇浓度60％,回流次数2次,回流时间为2h.结论:验证证明优选工艺稳定可靠,重现性好,改进工艺优于原工艺,为进一步研究该产品提供了试验依据.
