探寻合理有效的肿瘤模型对肿瘤研究至关重要.近年来,斑马鱼因与人类基因高度相似、胚胎和幼体透明、繁殖能力强、研究周期短、成本低等特性而备受研究人员青睐,已被用于结直肠癌、肝癌、宫颈癌等多种肿瘤模型的研究中.本文将近期见刊的多个斑马鱼肿瘤模型做一汇总,明晰其构建方法,深挖其应用价值,阐明其利弊是非,浅议斑马鱼在肿瘤防治方面的应用前景,以期为斑马鱼肿瘤模型的应用提供参考.
