摘要

Compared with standard ILM peeling or FSIP technique, the ILMF technique resulted in similar visual outcomes but a relatively low incidence of postoperative FTMH in the treatment of LMH combined with MTM. ILMF is an effective technique for treating MTM with high risk of postoperative FTMH development.
