Abstract
Teduglutide reduces PS volume and promotes weaning in adults with SBS-IF. Lack of narcotics and longer duration of PS were associated with PS volume reduction and weaning whereas lower PS volume at baseline and fewer days of infusion were favorable in obtaining enteral autonomy.
