Abstract

We developed a novel dialysis method to effectively remove DMSO from cPLTs under aseptic conditions and maintain platelet quality. The clinical efficacy of our method remains to be determined. However, the function of the platelets declined 24 h after washing, making them unsuitable for transfusion.
