摘要
Pancreaticcancer (PC) is one of the most malignant cancersthatdevelops rapidly and carries a poor prognosis. Synergistic cancertherapy strategy could enhance the clinical efficacy compared to eithertreatment alone. In this study, gold nanorods (AuNRs) were used assiRNA delivery vehicles to interfere with the oncogenes of KRAS. Inaddition, AuNRs were one of anisotropic nanomaterials that can absorbnear-infrared (NIR) laser and achieve rapid photothermal therapy formalignant cancer cells. Modification of the erythrocyte membrane andantibody Plectin-1 occurred on the surface of the AuNRs, making thema promising target nanocarrier for enhancing antitumor effects. Asa result, biomimetic nanoprobes presented advantages in biocompatibility, targeting capability, and drug-loading efficiency. Moreover, excellentantitumor effects have been achieved by synergistic photothermal/genetreatment. Therefore, our study would provide a general strategy toconstruct a multifunctional biomimetic theranostic multifunctionalnanoplatform for preclinical studies of PC.
