Abstract

The RT-PCR method can accurately identify the 4G/5G genotype in different individuals. The 4G/5G polymorphism may not be associated with genetic susceptibility to DM, HTN and DM+HTN, but differences in clinical characteristics among individuals with various genotypes may provide a reference for disease assessment and personalized treatment of patients.
