摘要
•Energy band tunable ZnxCd1-xIn2S4 was synthesized by a one-step hydrothermal method.•The close contact between Carbon and Zn0.5Cd0.5In2S4 realizes effective electron transfer and charge separation.•The N, P-C@ZnxCd1-xIn2S4 shows superior photocatalytic towards Cr(VI) reduction and TC degradation.
