1299 Racial, ethnic, and gender disparities in cutaneous t-cell lymphoma

Cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL) is a group of rare cancers of skin-homing T-cells. Previous epidemiologic studies showed a higher incidence rate, younger age of onset, and worse overall survival in Black CTCL patients than White patients. We conducted a retrospective study of CTCL patients seen at Moffitt Cancer Center from 2010-2022 to investigate for racial, ethnic, and gender disparities. We identified 1013 CTCL patients with confirmed diagnosis by pathology. Patient characteristics included age, gender, race, clinical stage, date of initial confirmed diagnosis, vital status, date of death/last follow-up, and insurance payor at time of diagnosis.
