摘要
•The utilization of intraoperative real-time indocyanine green fluorescent imaging (ICG-FI) has been shown to be an effective method for ensuring the mechanical integrity of bilioenteric anastomosis, while also assessing blood perfusion, thereby minimizing the risk of complications such as anastomotic leakage.•This study represents the first description of the application of intraoperative real-time ICG-FI in bilioenteric anastomosis.•Intravenous injection of ICG at a dose of 2.5 mg/kg administered 24 h prior to surgery has been found to yield optimal visualization results.
