摘要
Spinal cord stimulation (SCS) is an effective chronic pain treatment, which relies on programming based on patients’ perception of stimulation. Stimulation efficacy changes as the spinal cord moves. Therefore, sensing evoked compound action potential (ECAP) and adjusting stimulation based on ECAP may provide a way to maintain therapy effectiveness [1,2,3,4]. Here, we quantify the ECAP response-dose curves with patients’ perception to understand how to utilize ECAP during potential stimulation adjustment.
