摘要

•Hydrogel nanoparticles were applied in ssDNA fragments isolation in CE.•The thermosensitive NPs were confirmed as rational medium with high sieving ability.•NPs possess hydrophilic and hydrophobic performance, low viscosity, good solubility.•Separation was accomplished with theoretical plate number over 108,000 (plates m−1).
