•Adaptive noise model based on GNSS and accelerometer sensors were proposed for Kalman filtering.•A quantitative inflated factor function based on STD was introduced to match the time-varying noise of accelerometers in real-time.•Deformation experiments in different states (static and dynamic, whether GNSS signal interference) were conducted to fully validate the contribution of the new algorithm.
