摘要
•Near grain-oriented and near non-oriented Fe-3.5 wt.%Si were fabricated for the first time via laser powder bed fusion.•The relationship between processing parameters, microstructure, and magnetic properties was established.•Texture components and their formation mechanism were investigated by EBSD and the morphology of molten pool, respectively.•Effect of texture components and defects on magnetization process, permeability, and magnetic flux density was discussed.
